Join the team and become part of our family!Position specifics: Location: Charter Wire – 3700 W Milwaukee Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53208 Shift: 6am - 6pm on a rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule (3 days working - 2 days off - 2 days working – 3 days off, giving you a 3-day weekend off every other weekend)What You'll Do:As an Electromechanical Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery. You'll work with both mechanical and electrical systems across high-speed stamping presses, cold forming machines, and automated equipment in a dynamic production environment.Maintain and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment using hand tools, welding equipment, and measuring devicesPerform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure equipment reliabilityDiagnose and resolve issues using technical documents such as blueprints, schematics, and manualsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvementFollow safety protocols and use appropriate PPESupport process improvements and participate in ongoing trainingMinimum Qualifications :High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
