If your skills and experience are a good match for this role, please apply today.Job DutiesAssemble electro-mechanical systems and industrial machinery according to engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.Perform mechanical assembly of machine frames, subassemblies, and related equipment.Install and wire electrical components including sensors, switches, relays, power supplies, control panels, and motors.Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues during assembly and testing.Perform quality inspections to verify proper operation.Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and test equipment safely and effectively.Assist with machine modifications, repairs, and engineering change implementations.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve assembly and performance issues.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required; technical school or trade school training preferred.Experience Requirements3+ years of mechanical or electrical assembly experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or drawings.

Experience assembling industrial machinery, automation equipment, production equipment, or custom machinery a plus. Familiarity with electrical wiring, control panels, sensors, motors, and pneumatic systems a plus. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and basic electrical test equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical safety practices. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and working in various positions throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or mechanical assembly is preferred. Technical training, vocational education, or manufacturing coursework is beneficial.

Experience working with pneumatic tools, torque tools, fixtures, or assembly equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality inspection procedures, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
