You will work primarily onsite on a first shift schedule (5:30 AM – 2:00 PM), collaborating with Quality, Production Control, and Engineering to meet production targets and maintain process standards. Your work directly impacts product integrity and downstream testing.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform semi-repetitive to repetitive electronic and electromechanical assembly and subassembly tasksWork under microscopes for extended periods to assemble small parts and piezoelectric crystalsExecute intermediate cable harness and PCB assembly techniques, soldering, epoxy mixing, bonding, and high-voltage potting/testingFollow ESD controls, resistance welding procedures, and assembly/packaging techniquesRead basic blueprints and work instructions; log work orders and time using basic computer systemsOperate winding/braiding machinery, torque wrenches, digital multimeters, soldering irons, cutters, wire strippers, crimpers, heat guns, and microscopesHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleHigh school diploma or GEDThree (3) or more years of related electronics assembly experienceExperience assembling under the microscope and handling small partsFamiliarity with ESD controls, soldering, epoxy mixing, bonding, and high-voltage testingAbility to read basic blueprints and follow written work instructionsBasic computer skills to log work orders and access timecardsAbility to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds and meet close/color/peripheral vision requirementsHere's What Else Might Help You OutJ-STD-001 Certification preferredPay Range$18.90 - $25.20/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
