Electrolyte Research Engineer

Ampace (新能安) is a global battery-technology company specializing in lithium-ion cells and systems for energy storage, data centers, and critical power. Our R&D pairs advanced cell chemistry with semi-solid-state technology to deliver safe, high-performance batteries at scale. This position is based at our R&D center in Xiamen, China.

Responsibilities:

1. Research gel-electrolyte properties — flexibility, strength — and define the target states we need.

2. Study gel monomers and gel processing.

3. Study the gel-electrolyte interface with cathode and anode, and its impact on performance.

Requirements:

1. PhD with a foundation in electrochemistry, organic chemistry, and analytical chemistry.

2. Research background in batteries.

3. Strong independent thinking.

本岗位工作地点位于中国厦门研发中心。

岗位职责

• 开展凝胶电解质柔韧性、力学强度等性能研究，明确目标性能指标及技术方向。
• 负责凝胶单体材料及凝胶制备工艺的研究与开发。
• 研究凝胶电解质与正、负极材料的界面特性，分析其对电池性能的影响并持续优化。

任职要求

• 电化学、有机化学、分析化学等相关专业博士学历，具备扎实的专业基础。
• 具有锂电池相关研究背景。
• 具备较强的独立思考能力和科研创新能力。
