Job TitleJoin a premier commercial manufacturing facility to oversee and maintain complex, automated production equipment.LocationOshkosh, WI 54971, United StatesIndustryManufacturingJob Description / Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will design minor electrical circuits and troubleshoot advanced electronic, pneumatic, and PLC systems ensuring optimal plant uptime. You will collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to install new services, perform precision mechanical repairs, and lead lower-classification technicians in a fast-paced environment. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex PLC, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuits used for machine and equipment control. Install electrical and electronic controls on machinery by reading and interpreting industrial schematics, blueprints, and technical sketches. Execute layouts, assembly, installation, and testing of electrical fixtures, apparatus, wiring, and new services including panels, breakers, and conduit. Dismantle electrical machinery to replace defective mechanical and electrical components, such as brushes, armatures, transformers, and motors. Monitor performance of installed industrial equipment to identify potential hazards, make adjustments, or recommend replacements. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of facility infrastructure, including electrical power, steam, water, and gas distribution systems. Direct and mentor lower-classification maintenance technicians, delegating tasks and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.RequirementsCredentials: Two-year Associate Degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a closely related field is required.

Experience: 2–4+ years of industrial maintenance experience specializing in PLC troubleshooting, electrical diagnostics, and pneumatic systems. Tools & Software: Ability to utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders and searching for components, alongside proficiency with specialized electrical testing instruments. Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, sit, bend, stoop, demonstrate high manual dexterity, and pass a physical exam including a baseline lifting requirement of 50 lbs.
