You'll work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, ensuring customer orders meet requirements, delivery dates, and quality standards while adhering to Weatherford's policies and procedures.Roles and ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical assembly operations following engineered drawings and established proceduresAssemble equipment per specifications and inspect completed components for accuracy and functionalityRead and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and engineering assembly drawingsPerform precision soldering of electronic componentsOperate and maintain electronic testing equipment including pulsers, flow meters, and multimetersSafely operate forklifts and overhead cranes in accordance with safety guidelinesHandle radioactive source materials in compliance with safety and regulatory requirementsMaintain an orderly work area and properly care for company-supplied toolingContribute to developing new procedures and improving existing onesComply with all Weatherford safety rules, quality policies, and company standardsCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholdersSkills / Education3-4 years of assembly or manufacturing experienceStrong mechanical aptitudeProficiency with hand and power toolsAbility to read blueprintsBasic computer skillsGood verbal communication skillsMay require up to 10% domestic and potentially international travel
