ElectromechanicalThe Electromechanical person will perform major electrical repairs and installations. This person will be able to troubleshoot to determine causes of electrical problems and offer solutions. The maintenance personnel are responsible for maintaining and repairing all machinery and equipment within the facility to keep in proper working order.Essential Functions:Perform major electrical repairs and installationsTroubleshoot electrical problems and offer solutionsMaintain and repair machinery and production equipment as needed to keep equipment continually operatingPerform emergency repairs, as neededMaintain and repair facility according to preventative maintenance scheduleDesign and fabricate special items as specified by work orders or through requestsComplete plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical and other project work as required or specifiedPerform painting, grounds keeping, housekeeping and other tasks to improve and maintain the appearance of the facilities and groundsComplete work orders in order of importanceParticipate in equipment installation and fabrication of custom partsOrder and organize material and supplies on an ongoing basis (contact with outside vendors required)Assist in the training and coaching of employees on proper maintenance of machinery and equipmentPerform other duties as assigned by management/supervisorsAdditional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe mannerAbility to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the businessAbility to work on a rotating shift as neededAbility to effectively work in teamsAbility to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and peopleAbility to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of rolesAbility to read blueprintsAbility to read electrical printsAbility to operate various tools such as drill, saw, mill, grinder, and welderEducation:High School DiplomaTechnical Degree in Electro-Mechanical or EquivalentWork Hours:3rd ShiftMenasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
