Electro-Mechanical Assembler/TechnicianResponsibilities:Produce equipment by assembling parts and subassemblies as per OMS, and workmanship standards.Produce cable and harness as per wiring diagram.Perform testing of assemblies per test procedure.Duties:Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions (OMS) specifications, workmanship standards and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with company policies and procedures.Skills and Qualifications:Basic understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems.High school diploma + Min 3 years (CM) Manufacturing Experience PCB Assembly.Equipment Maintenance, Manufacturing Quality, Mechanical Inspection Tools, Tooling, Safety Management, Power Tools experience will be plus.Pay Range: $20-$25
