Electro-Mechanical Assembly TechnicianThe Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling standard and custom panels, sub-assemblies, and systems. This role involves working on intricate cables and electrical assemblies, following schematics and work instructions. If you get excited about working with cutting edge systems and technologies that make a difference in the world, we have an exciting opportunity for you!Job Details:Location: Jefferson Hills, PAEmployment Type: Full-Time, PermanentDivision/Department: Process Equipment Division /AssemblyReports To: U.S Assembly ManagerKey Job Responsibilities:Assemble and test electro-mechanical systems and subassembliesMount, align, and fasten mechanical and electrical components per drawings and specificationsPerform system wiring in accordance with electrical schematics and established standardsRead and interpret shop drawings, wiring diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment to assemble and modify parts (e.g., drilling, tapping, countersinking)Perform basic troubleshooting of electrical assembliesEnsure proper fit, alignment, and labeling of all componentsAssemble panel components following mechanical layouts with zero defectsSafely operate standard tools and portable equipmentSupport minor on-site service work as neededFollow all company policies, procedures, and SPIRIT valuesPerform other duties as assignedOther duties as assigned by managementQualifications:Required:High School Diploma or equivalentAbility to lift up to 30 pounds3 – 5 years related work experienceAbility to bend, stoop, squat, twist and lift up to and including 30 lbs.
