Electro-Mechanical AssemblerThis role focuses on assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical components and systems in a manufacturing environment. You will interpret blueprints and schematics, use hand tools and test equipment, and work closely with engineers to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.ResponsibilitiesAssemble electro-mechanical components and systems using hand tools, micrometers, and other precision instruments.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to perform accurate assembly and wiring.Perform soldering and basic electronics assembly tasks in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.Use multimeters, voltmeters, and other test equipment to test and verify the functionality of assembled units.Troubleshoot and correct assembly or wiring issues identified during testing or inspection.Document test results and assembly information using basic computer skills and company software tools.Collaborate closely with engineers to clarify technical requirements and resolve design or assembly issues.Work effectively both as part of a small team and independently to meet production schedules and quality goals.Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area within the facility.Essential SkillsExperience in electronics assembly and electro-mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics for electronics and mechanical assemblies.Proficiency with soldering techniques for electronic components.Hands-on experience using multimeters, voltmeters, and other electronic test equipment.Competence with common hand tools and micrometers for precise mechanical assembly.Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately.Ability to work well in a small team environment as well as independently.Effective communication skills to work closely with engineers and production staff.Additional Skills & QualificationsBackground in electrical or electronics technology.Familiarity with reading and working from both mechanical and electronic schematics.Comfort working with test equipment and measurement tools in a production setting.Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving assembly or test issues.Why Work Here?You will join a growing organization that is projecting strong long-term expansion and is on track to significantly increase its output over the coming year.
