Electro Mechanical Assembler Senior | Lockheed MartinYou will be the Electro Mechanical Assembler Senior for the Electro?Mechanical Assembly team with Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) in Archbald, PA. Our team is responsible for building precision electro?mechanical assemblies, harnesses, and circuit cards at the Archbald facility.What You Will Be DoingAs the Electro Mechanical Assembler Senior, you will be responsible for assembling components and sub?assemblies while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Perform hand population of complex circuit cards and the soldering and touchup of new and existing productForm Components and hand or machine populate circuit cardsPerform detailed soldering operations on micro and sub miniature components and parts as assignedBuilding of precision Electro Mechanical Assemblies, wiring of assemblies and sub assembliesPerforms a variety of Conformal Coating Operations including but not limited to Printed Wire BoardsAssembler would operate various equipment such as but not limited to selective solder machine, wave solder machine, wash and coating equipmentResponsible for setting up and operating equipment to properly process PWB for the Conformal Coating ProcessPerforms manual spraying of circuit cards, including coating mixing and validation to requirementsPerform work while utilizing drawings, schematics, engineering documentation and modelsAbility to complete complex rework operations to written Engineering directionAchieve the defined quality and HPU standards for assigned workAbility to perform all jobs within work areaSupports continuous improvement activities and participates in problem solving activitiesContribute to a safe working environment by following safety requirementsWork in a team or solo environment to assemble components and main assembliesDiligently follow work instructions to ensure product specs, performance targets and quality levels are metWork to ESD RequirementsUse hand tools, computers, and other equipment to manufacture the productAbility to multi-task, sit or stand for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 40 lbs.Performs miscellaneous duties as assignedWhy Join UsThe ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail?oriented professional who thrives in both team and solo environments.
