As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues in automationExecute and provide feedback on acceptance test plansWork with production line partners to develop NPI’s into automationConduct inspections and preventative maintenance on deployed systemsCreate and maintain PM documentationAssist with assembly of automated systemsAssist R&D Engineers with development of new systems and technologiesQualifications:An Associate degree in Electro/Mechanical technology & 3-5 years related experienceAbility to read and understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematicsHave sound knowledge of basic mechanical/electrical/software principalsFamiliarity with PLC based robotics and associated controlsExperience with pneumatics, electronic controls, and 3 phase powerStrong computer skills (MS Office, CAD, PLC, Data Collection & Analysis)Ability to operate basic power tools such as drills, saws, and grindersAble to use mechanical hand tools, including calipers and squareFamiliarity with machine shop tools: mills, lathes, band saws, etc.Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel and maneuver in tight spaces.Ability to lift 30 - 50 lbs.We need hard-working, reliable employees.This position requires the use of information which is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).Tekberry Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
