Electro Mechanical Assembler

AssemblersWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented assemblers to join a growing production team in Miramar, CA. This role is responsible for assembling electrical panels and components according to schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams while maintaining quality and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with tools, wiring, and production documentation.Key Responsibilities:Perform assembly duties according to production specifications and work instructionsRead and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructionsCut, strip, and crimp cables according to schematic requirementsPopulate panel boards with materials and electrical components per layout specificationsWire panel boards according to wiring diagramsPrint and apply labels to projects following labeling diagramsTroubleshoot and resolve assembly or build issues as neededComplete production and quality documentation accuratelyEnsure inventory and materials align with work order requirementsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow company safety procedures and quality standardsQualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 6 months of related assembly, manufacturing, electrical, or production experience preferredElectrical, industrial, or distribution experience is a plusAbility to read and interpret blueprints and schematics preferredStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsComfortable using hand and power tools including drills and impact driversAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical Requirements & Work Environment:Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shiftAbility to lift, move, and handle materials as neededComfortable working in hot, cold, or dusty environments when requiredAbility to work overtime or mandatory physical inventory as neededManufacturing and warehouse environmentSchedule & LocationLocation: Miramar, CASchedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PMFull-time opportunity
