We're looking for several Electro-Mechanical Assemblers who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in building things the right way.This is a day-shift role with no night or swing shifts. Expected starting wage is $27-$37 per hour.What's the Role?As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you'll help build electronic systems and sub-systems by following detailed work instructions and drawings.
You'll work with a supportive team of assemblers, technicians, and engineers to make sure each product is assembled safely, accurately, and on schedule.Training is provided, and this job is a great fit for someone who likes to work with their hands and learn new skills.What You'll DoAssemble electronic components, wire harnesses, sub-assemblies, and large systemsRoute and secure wires and wire bundles of various sizesAssemble and install plumbing components and hosesFollow work instructions, drawings, photos, notes, and verbal guidanceUse hand and power tools safely and effectivelyWork closely with teammates to meet production goalsIdentify opportunities to improve processes and qualityWhat You'll NeedAbility to follow manufacturing instructions and learn new processesComfort using hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment (such as multimeters, calipers, and pressure gauges)Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in positions such as bending, kneeling, or overheadBasic computer skills (email, internet searches, ability to learn new systems)Strong attention to detailClear spoken and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesApplicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S.
