Kohler is seeking an Electro-Mechanic to support 3D-enabled manufacturing operations in our advanced production facilities. In this role, you will install, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment used in automated and 3D-based processes. You will perform preventive maintenance, interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, calibrate sensors and controls, and ensure minimal downtime.
You’ll collaborate with engineers and operators to improve equipment performance, support continuous improvement, and uphold safety, quality, and sustainability standards in a world-class manufacturing environment.
