Kohler is seeking an Electro-Mechanic to support advanced manufacturing operations in our world-class facilities. In this role, you will install, troubleshoot, and repair complex electromechanical equipment, including 3D and automated production systems. You will interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, perform preventive maintenance, calibrate sensors and controls, and ensure equipment uptime and safety.
Partner with engineers and production teams to identify root causes, improve reliability, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a culture grounded in craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainability.
