Summary
Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance to support efficient production operations, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow plant safety procedures, including LOTO
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documents
- Maintain equipment such as motors, pumps, compressors, and chillers
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Record maintenance activities in CMMS
- Support spare parts inventory and organization
- Ensure safe operation of all production equipment
- Experience in industrial manufacturing or equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and motor controls
- Experience with extrusion, printing, or related equipment (preferred)
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and overtime
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment
