Job Responsibilities:
As an Electrician, you will:
Maintain Electrical Systems - Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance onelectrical systems, motors, switches, distribution equipment, and otherbuilding infrastructure.
Keep Facilities Running - Performpreventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, controlsystems, commercial kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems throughoutCedar Community.
Troubleshoot & Repair - Diagnose equipment and building system issues, complete work orders, maintainservice records, and order replacement parts to ensure reliable facilityoperations.
Support Facility Improvements - Assist with remodeling projects, equipment installations,renovations, and research for new building systems and facility upgrades.
Qualifications:
High school diploma orequivalent required.
Mechanical, electrical,trade school education, or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong knowledge ofelectrical systems, building maintenance, HVAC, and preventive maintenancepractices.
Ability to troubleshootand diagnose building systems and equipment.
Valid Wisconsin driver'slicense required.
Knowledge of NationalElectrical Code and applicable federal, state, and local regulations preferred.
