What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial electrical systems and building equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and complete repairs to maintain safe, reliable facility operations.
- Install, repair, and replace electrical components including wiring, switches, motors, lighting systems, and electrical controls.
- Review work orders, complete assigned maintenance tasks, and accurately document completed work.
- Assist with equipment installations and modifications as needed.
- Follow all facility safety procedures and applicable electrical standards.
- Maintain organized work areas and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.
- Provide professional customer service while interacting with facility occupants and team members.
- Support additional maintenance activities as needed.
- 2-3 years of electrical maintenance experience.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.
- General knowledge of commercial or industrial electrical equipment.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently.
- Commercial facility maintenance experience.
- CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) experience.
- Electrician's license.
- NFPA 70E Certification.
- NFPA Qualified Electrical Worker Certification.
