What You'll Be Doing Run residential electrical service and repair calls Panel swaps and upgrades Generator (gen set) installs and service EV charger installs Specialty work — man caves, landscape and outdoor lighting Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix electrical problems the right way Talk with customers about options and recommendations Use ServiceTitan daily, or be willing to learn it Keep your truck, job site, and work clean and professional Follow safety rules and electrical codes
What We're Looking For Experience running residential electrical service and installs (FL LICENSE LEVEL REQUIRED) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good people skills and solid communication Works clean, shows up on time, gets the job done Valid driver's license and clean driving record Available for on-call rotation (ON-CALL EXPECTATION) Must pass a background check
