Electrician

We are seeking a motivated, coachable candidate to join our team on projects throughout the Southeastern United States.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to read architectural drawings, electrical schematics, and blueprints.

Strong organizational skills.

Effective time management and scheduling abilities.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Professional customer and staff communication skills.

Ability to install electrical wiring solutions safely and efficiently.

Experience installing electrical conduit, including EMT, PVC, flex, and liquid-tight conduit.

Analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Previous experience in telecommunications, electrical construction, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Basic understanding of hand tools used in electrical work.

No felony convictions.

We are a growing company looking for the right candidate to grow with us. Hourly pay is based on experience and aptitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $30.00+ per hour to start, based on experience and aptitude.

Per diem, housing, and transportation to the jobsite are provided.

Required Basic Tools:

Lineman's pliers, needle-nose pliers, diagonal cutters, channel locks, wire strippers, 25-foot measuring tape, Philips head screwdriver, flat-blade screwdriver, trim screwdriver, non-contact voltage tester, plug tester, carpenter's pencil, marker/Sharpie, torpedo level, and tool pouch.

This is a traveling position once the Kings Bay Project is completed.

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in accordance with local and national codes.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement efficient solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine electrical system layouts.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their electrical needs and provide solutions.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
