Onsite Full Time Construction and Extraction Occupations
Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems plant-wide
  • Maintain and update electrical prints and ensure secure copies of all PLC programs are stored in both the electrical shop and main office
  • Manage inventory and maintain adequate supply of electrical parts
  • Perform mechanical repairs and fabrication as needed
  • Design and create electrical control systems when required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times
  • Take on additional assignments as needed to support plant operations
Education:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Post-secondary technical training or equivalent preferred
  • Electrical and PLC training preferred
Experience:
  • Five (5) years of electrical maintenance experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of PLCs strongly desired
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC-controlled, and automated manufacturing equipment
Skills:
  • Strong communication skills with internal teams and external customers
  • Ability to learn full plant operations in a reasonable timeframe and follow detailed instructions
  • Excellent attendance and reliability
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to a zero-harm, safety-first workplace
Work Schedule:
  • Projected 50-hour work week
Compensation:
  • Pay range: $27.00-$33.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
