Hiring an electrician possible Foreman or lead man that can run a crew. Must have at least 4 years experience in residential and some commercial. Must have a good attitude and able to communicate and work with contractors and clients. Must be able to read blueprints and diagrams. Must have experience in new construction custom builds for rough and trim, specialty lighting, electrical remodel, service upgrades, panel and breaker installs, low voltage, service work, etc.
