Electrical Wiring Technician

Location: McKinney, TX
Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM OT as requested Pay $20.00 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2:30PM-11PM- OT as requested Pay $22.00
Responsibilities:
- Wiring Mastery: Bring control panels, switchgear, switchboards, and ATS to life with your wiring skills.
- Blueprint Expert: Independently interpret wiring diagrams to complete assignments with confidence.
- Tech Savvy: Wire advanced electronics like PLCs, ensuring seamless operation.
- Assembly Guru: Piece together electrical switchboard equipment with precision.
- Quality Champion: Follow instructions and drawings to inspect and test products, guaranteeing top-notch quality.
- Team Player: Keep jobs on track, report issues, and support your peers, especially during high-demand periods.
- Adaptable: Embrace new tasks and challenges as they arise, showcasing your flexibility and dedication.
Required Skills / Abilities:
- Experienced Pro: 3+ years in electrical assembly/manufacturing.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiar with electrical equipment manufacturing/assembly (panelboards/switchboards preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Skilled in wiring power meters and controls, using various tools and safety equipment.
- Diagram Decoder: Proficient in reading wiring schematics and point-to-point diagrams.
- Flexible Worker: Ready to work flexible hours and adapt to changing demands.
- Independent and Collaborative: Capable of working alone and thriving in a team environment.
- Effective Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Safety-Conscious: Always aware of and engaged in health and safety practices.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Work Environment & Physical Responsibilities:
- Work in a loud production environment with varying temperatures, including some outdoor tasks.
- Comfortable with repetitive movements, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
