The team comprises around 40 internal employees and 25 temporary staff from other agencies, including mechanical and electrical assemblers, welders, warehouse workers, and quality control. Adhere to a dress code of steel-toe shoes, jeans, work shirt, and safety glasses. The day shift operates Monday through Saturday from 6:00 am until 6:00 pm or later, typically working 12-hour days, six days a week, with potential Sunday shifts. There is also a second shift option from 3:00 pm to 3:00 am, though night shifts are not actively hired but available for interested candidates.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Deer Park, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
