PFA sample resume.Please share skills matrix and make sure skill matrix matches the resume.Skills - Exp in Years:TroubleshootingRepairingInvestigation Reports/FAR’sTest and inspectionLab analysisFailure observationsAero Domain ExpJob Description:Hands-on experience in a Repair/ repair station, troubleshooting returned units that are in service.The individual will need to:Do Open Box Troubleshooting: ability to observe and test circuit boards to identify portions that are not functioning as intendedRun thermal and vibration testing with electronic units with oscilloscope monitoring on targeted data linesWrite and submit Engineering Investigation Reports/FAR’s to GAC via SEMLearn how to test for known issues with the existing product linesDevelop troubleshooting tests for emerging issues with new and existing product linesInterface with the Project Engineer to support technical meetings with customer and to prioritize FARs on units that are needed to prevent AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situationsInterface with GAR engineers to technically discuss findings and status of investigationsAccess R-Card (repair shop data) and interpret the test findings and failure observations noted on the database and on the test data sheets.Interface with the Materials and Processes lab to submit lab evaluation requests and interpret the findings to the hydraulic component level findings.Collect, organize, and interpret all component test results, failure observations. SIL (System Integration Lab) testing, engineering directed testing, and lab analysis.Provide engineering directed test and inspection instructions in R-Card to the assembly and test technicians in both Ogden and Dublin to collect additional evidence and/or data to support the discovery phase of the investigation.Generate FARs per the GAC approved format to present and correlate the findings as they relate to the aircraft level fault.Determine if the failure mode is atypical and may need trend monitoring.Work is to be performed in the Customer Support Engineering office in Irvine, CABusiness travel may be required when interfacing with Savannah, Ogden or Dublin engineers/repair stations.
