Onsite Full Time Installation
Our Electrical Manufacturing Technicians will set up, build, test, and adjust manufacturing machinery or equipment, using any combination of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or computer technologies.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Leads the charge for ensuring all employees, customers, and visitors understand the importance of 100% safety compliance.
  • Read, understand, and work from electrical drawings.
  • Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare and assemble some materials and parts.
  • Electrical assembly and integration of manufactured and purchased components to complete a working system.
  • Calibrate or adjust equipment to ensure quality production, using tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, protractors, or ring gauges.
  • Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
  • Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products.
  • Assist in all aspects of manufacturing electrical and mechanical equipment with an emphasis on quality, organization, and neatness.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
  • Maintain manufacturing production logs.
  • Measure and record data associated with operating equipment
  • Support documentation updates, including SOPs and maintenance procedures.
  • Develop and deliver hands-on, task-specific training.
  • Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to supervisors.
  • Ensure trainees follow safety protocols and understand equipment functionality.
  • Participate in shutdowns, system upgrades, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce equipment failures.
  • Select cleaning materials, tools, or equipment.
  • Clean production equipment or work areas.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with industrial filtration, scrubber systems, and/or water treatment.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and chemical process systems.
  • Familiarity with basic instrumentation, system controls, and troubleshooting methods.
  • Strong mechanical and technical problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for both hands-on training and technical discussions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to safety, environmental compliance, and procedural detail.
• Basic computer literacy (CMMS, MS Office, etc.).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in hot, noisy, or confined environments.
• Exposure to industrial hazards, chemicals, and physically demanding tasks.
• Must be able to wear required PPE and follow all safety regulations.
