- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electrical and instrumentation systems
- Identify the root causes of equipment failures and operational problems
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals
- Maintain and repair plant machinery and electrical equipment
- Work safely with low- and high-voltage power distribution equipment
- Troubleshoot AC/DC drive systems
- Rebuild and repair instrumentation components and valves
- Use electrical measuring devices, hand tools, and power tools
- Support preventive maintenance, planning, and scheduling activities
- Document maintenance activities using SAP or other computerized maintenance systems
- Follow all plant safety procedures and PPE requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least three years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations and use electrical testing equipment
- Experience reading electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ability to work safely around high-voltage electrical equipment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Strong safety and work-performance history
- Two-year degree in an electrical-related field
- Experience with industrial instrumentation systems
- Experience with AC/DC drive systems
- Knowledge of maintenance best practices
- SAP maintenance-system experience
- Experience maintaining low- and high-voltage power distribution equipment
