Electrical TechnicianWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting equipment, maintaining electrical systems, and helping improve uptime, reliability, and overall production performance. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong PLC and industrial maintenance experience who thrives in a fast-paced production environment.What We're Looking For3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment3+ years of experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs, including ladder and control logicStrong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose electrical issues and identify root causesExperience creating, updating, and maintaining electrical schematics and related documentationKnowledge of preventive maintenance programs, documentation, and equipment care practicesExperience managing electrical component inventory and spare partsHands-on experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment and control systemsWorking knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including motors, drives, relays, and control componentsUnderstanding of electrical safety standards, safe work practices, and applicable regulatory requirementsWhat You'll DoTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and control system issues on manufacturing equipment to reduce downtime and keep production runningSupport the installation, startup, validation, and commissioning of new equipment and automation systemsDiagnose and resolve issues involving PLCs, HMIs, electrical panels, motors, drives, sensors, breakers, and other control componentsRead, interpret, create, and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentationPerform and document preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and extend service lifePartner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to solve technical issues and improve processesManage inventory of electrical components, spare parts, and critical supplies to support maintenance needsFollow safety standards and regulatory requirements, including LOTO, arc flash protocols, and applicable OSHA guidelinesSupport electrical systems in cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environments while maintaining contamination control standardsContribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on uptime, yield, and equipment performanceProvide flexible support as needed, including off-shift or on-call coverage, to maintain production continuity
