Electrical TechnicianElectrical Technician responsible for performing bench level testing of Infotainment and Telematics ECUs, ensuring proper functionality, quality validation, and issue diagnosis in automotive electronics systems.Key Responsibilities:Perform bench level testing of Infotainment and Telematics ECUs, ensuring proper functionality, quality validation, and issue diagnosis in automotive electronicsPerform electronics bench-level testing on Infotainment and Telematics ECUs.Set up and execute test benches, lab equipment, and validation setups.Conduct functional testing and validation of ECU features (audio, connectivity, telematics, UI systems)Create, execute, and document test cases, analyze results, and report defects.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, log analyzers).Read, interpret, and troubleshoot using electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.Perform low-level electrical measurements and signal analysis.Support ECU integration, flashing, and configuration activities.Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.Work with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, QA) for issue resolution.Maintain test logs, documentation, and ensure compliance with quality standards.Assist in regression testing and validation for new releases or updates.Optional skills and skill proficiencies for this position:Experience with HiL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) testing or test benchesFamiliarity with tools like CANoe / CANalyzer / CAPL scriptingKnowledge of PCBA, ECU hardware validation, and board-level debuggingExposure to Infotainment UI/UX testing, audio/video validation, connectivity featuresBasic programming or scripting (Python / automation tools)Experience in automotive standards and quality processes
