Electrical Technician
We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Technician to join our team. You will work on the first shift from 6am to 2:30pm in a dynamic metal shop environment. Your primary focus will be on installing electrical drives into cranes and wiring machined parts.
Responsibilities
- Install electrical drives into cranes.
- Perform electrical wiring of fabricated and machined parts.
- Utilize overhead cranes and fork trucks for material handling and manipulation of product components.
- Coordinate with administration to complete job orders efficiently.
Essential Skills
- Experience working in a heavy manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with hand tools and electrical wiring.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Experience with troubleshooting and installation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Work history in electrical technology.
- Experience in metal fabrication.
- Comfortable using a tape measure.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort around machinery.

Work Environment
You will work in a metal shop manufacturing company with a team of 25 people. The facility is a large warehouse with primarily individual work cells dedicated to welding, painting, and other specialized tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
