Strivector's premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.Position Overview:As Electrical Technician I – Multiple Shifts Available your roles and responsibilities will include:1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AMWeekend Shift: Friday – Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PMPosition Summary:The client is seeking an Electrical Technician I to support the final inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical power distribution products at its Arden, NC facility.
This role is responsible for ensuring products meet quality, safety, and customer requirements prior to shipment.Key Responsibilities:Perform electrical, mechanical, insulation, and sequence testing on assemblies, panels, and components.Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.Troubleshoot complex electrical circuits and determine root causes of test failures.Coordinate corrective actions with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.Inspect products for quality, functionality, and compliance with customer requirements.Support customer inspections and verify order completeness.Maintain testing equipment, calibration records, and test documentation.Follow all safety, PPE, housekeeping, and quality procedures.Qualifications:Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Electrical Technician I – Multiple Shifts Available who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Electrical Technician I – Multiple Shifts Available would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED.Minimum 2 years of experience in power distribution or electrical distribution.Experience troubleshooting complex electrical circuits.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.Must live within a 50-mile radius of Arden, NC (or be Active-Duty Military).Preferred Qualifications:Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronics Technology, Engineering, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or related field.Experience working with energized electrical equipment in a testing environment.Previous experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics.Compensation: Based on Experience.
