4+ years of industrial and/or military electrical maintenance experience on industrial type equipment Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot 480V motors and controls Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available) Strong commitment to safety - the #1 priority on this team

What You'll Do:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on steel mill electrical equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot 480V motors, controls, and industrial electrical components
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to challenges in the steel making process
- Uphold and lead safety policies, practices, and housekeeping standards at all times
- Work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
