NETA Technician/Field SupervisorNETA Field Technician needed immediately. This role involves performing testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-voltage substation equipment to ensure the safety and reliability of electrical power systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical testing and maintenance, as well as extensive knowledge of industry standards, including NETA, IEEE, and NFPA.Duties and Responsibilities:Perform electrical testing services on power apparatus, substations, and switchgear included (but not limited to) the following:Protective relaying and relaying systemsCircuit BreakersPower TransformersCurrent and Potential TransformersMeters, Transducers, and Power system meteringPower CablesGrounding SystemsMotors and Motor StartersStation Batteries and ChargersAlarm systems and AnnunciatorsPersonal Protective EquipmentEducation and/or Work Experience:NETA Certification (Level II, III, or IV) required.AAS in Electrical or Electronics Technology or equivalent experience in the high voltage industryMinimum of 2+ years' experience in the high voltage industry
