We have an outstanding Contract position for anElectrical Technicianto join a leading Company located in theBeale AFB, CA.
Hourly Pay Rate: $40 - $48
US Citizenship is required.
Candidate must possess an Active Secret Security Clearance.
Responsibilities :

Must know how to terminate routes and build connectors/cannon plugs.

Repairs, constructs, installs, troubleshoots, and maintains routine electrical systems and equipment.

Cuts, threads, bends, couples, and straps conduit.
-
Cuts wire and conduit to length.
-
Installs, repairs, or replaces switch boxes, lights, plugs, sockets, light fuses, and extension cords.
-
Disassembles motors, generators, and other equipment in preparation for repair.
-
Troubleshoots electrical malfunctions, inspects circuits and wiring of shielding and grounding , and tests electrical equipment for safety and efficiency.

Uses blueprints, drawings, layout , or other specifications, and electrical hand tools and voltage-or-amperage measuring and recording devices.
Basic Hiring Criteria :
-
Previous Military, USAF 7 Level or Equivalent (Journeymen).

Minimum 2-4 years of MOD experience.
-
Fighter experience is a plus.

Must have an active Secret clearance / Must be a U.S. Citizen
