The electrical technician will perform electrical trouble shooting and maintenance while executing on preventive maintenance initiatives to provide continuous operation at the facility. Essential duties include:Maintain PLC communicationInstall and maintain electrical systems in foundry operationsConduct heat treatment and ultrasound procedures.Dedicate to the execution of preventive maintenance program.Ensure all equipment is functioning properly at all times and respond to issues promptly to support the facility.Facilitate safe and effective solutions and implement promptly to prevent interruptions to the continuous operation of the facilityVisualizing projects to determine materials required to complete taskDetermine assembly and sequence of operations to complete a taskAnalyze problems and recommend solutions to improve plant equipment and facilitiesDiagnose, interrupt, access and correct problems in manufacturing processesMake adjustments to equipment in the production process to ensure part quality and promote continuous improvementAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
