Multi-craft Maintenance Technician
Join our team as a Multi-craft Maintenance Technician, where you'll be responsible for diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining the efficiency and safety of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on motors, gearboxes, pumps, belts, and bearings.
- Change out motors and repair or replace gearboxes.
- Follow a preventative maintenance schedule to ensure operational efficiency.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, wires, and cabling.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience with AC/DC systems and VFDs.
- Ability to work with 480 volts and use a multimeter.
- Understanding of Siemens systems and SAP.
- Skill in reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Athens, AL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
