This role focuses on restoring production flow, resolving recurring equipment issues, and improving system reliability in a high-volume manufacturing environment.The position also supports outage planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and capital projects while working closely with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve electrical and process issues to restore production flowProvide technical leadership and guidance to maintenance and craft teamsRespond to production issues and support operations as neededInstall, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen Bradley Logix5000 preferred)Work with AC/DC drives and industrial control systemsSupport instrumentation and control systemsSupport short- and long-term outage planningAssist with preventive and predictive maintenance systemsCoordinate safety procedures including lockout/tagoutLead and support continuous improvement initiativesAnalyze equipment and process data to identify opportunitiesDevelop solutions to recurring design and process issuesSupport capital projects, equipment upgrades, and repairsAssist in justification and implementation of new equipmentWork cross-functionally with maintenance, engineering, and production teamsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum 5+ years of experience in electrical systems and controls in industrial environmentsStrong PLC programming and troubleshooting experienceAuthorization to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)Preferred QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical fieldExperience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environmentsExperience with failure analysis (FMEA, RCM, SPC, TQM)Experience with AC/DC drives and automation systemsFamiliarity with instrumentation and HART communicationExperience with gas-fired combustion systemsRequired SkillsStrong PLC and automation troubleshootingElectrical systems and controls expertiseRoot cause analysis and problem-solvingStrong communication and teamworkAbility to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
