Program Manager - Electrical T&D CivilThe Electrical T&D Civil Program Manager is responsible for the overall management of civil construction projects for the electrical transmission and distribution (T&D) department. This includes the planning, design, execution, and closeout of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices, as well as experience managing complex projects.Responsibilities:Lead the development of project plans and schedulesManage the budget for projectsCoordinate with other departments and stakeholdersOversee the work of contractors and subcontractorsResolve project issues and conflictsEnsure that projects are completed on time and within budgetQualifications:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field7+ years of experience in the electrical T&D industryStrong project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
