What You'll Do<

Leadand support a team of electrical maintenance technicians <

Troubleshoot and resolveelectrical, motor control, and PLC-related issues <

Li>
Keep production equipment running through fast, effective response to downtime <

Li>
Build strong preventive maintenance practices that reduce repeat issues <
/li>
<
Li>
Set priorities for dailyelectrical work and team execution <
/li>
<
Li>
Support equipment upgrades, installations, and improvement projects <
/li>
<
Li>
Work closely with engineering and production to solve operational issues <
/li>
<
Li>
Ensure safe work practices and compliance with OSHA and NFPA standards <
/li>
<
Li>
Coach and develop your team's technical and problem-solving skills <
/li>

What You Bring<

7+ years of industrial electrical or controls experience <
/li>

Li>
3+ years leading or supervising maintenance or electrical teams <
/li>

Li>
Strong hands-on knowledge of industrial electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting <

Li>
Confidence working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment <
/li>
<
Li>
Ability to lead people, set direction, and make decisions under pressure <
/li>
<
Li>
Understanding of OSHA and NFPA 70E safety standards <
/li>
<
Li>
A mix of technical skilland leadership mindset-you're comfortable doing both<
/li>
<
/ul>

Ability to regularly walk the production floor and interact with manufacturing teams<
