Electrical SupervisorThe Electrical Supervisor is responsible for planning, scheduling and overseeing the work of the Electrical Staff based on operational priorities and generated work orders; to ensure safe and efficient installation and repairs of facilities and machinery throughout the entire campus. The Electrical Supervisor is primarily focused on production equipment troubleshooting and repairs.Duties and Responsibilities:Must be able to oversee electrical technicians during the course of your shift. Communicate assignments and major tasks to the electrical team, making sure they have all the materials and instructions necessary to complete work assignments safely, completely and correctly.Periodically check work in progress of each technician and provide immediate assistance and troubleshooting instruction as neededWork with the Safety Team to ensure all Encore's equipment meets safety requirements.Responsible for electrical safety and documentation compliance, including:Maintaining Arc Flash PPE and inventoryEnsuring machine backups, PLC programs, HMI files, VFD parameters and electrical prints are current and properly storedManaging and maintaining machine software librariesQualifications:Minimum 2 years of supervisory experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in industrial or electrical manufacturing environmentsStrong hands-on expertise with:PLC and HMI troubleshooting with the ability to program both.AC/DC drives (VFD) diagnostics, troubleshooting and programmingAC/DC motor troubleshootingDemonstrates the ability to communicate skills related to motion controllers and motors, with knowledge of Kinetix 5700 platforms being a beneficial addition.Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings, schematics, manuals, and manufacturer specificationsSolid computer proficiency, including email, MS Office, and electronic maintenance/communication toolsExperience using CMMSDemonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, mechanical and other departments to reduce downtime and improve reliability
