Electrical SupervisorThe Electrical Supervisor spearheads a dynamic team of electricians to ensure production is done efficiently through safe operations. This role involves creating a holistic approach to electrical reliability, ensuring seamless operations through planning preventive maintenance, repair work, and project work to support a 24/7 high-speed manufacturing facility. The Electrical Supervisor will use real-time feedback and identify training opportunities to coach their team.

They will also work closely with other leaders at the site to proactively problem solve and identify opportunities for improvement.Duties and Responsibilities:Plan, assign and supervise work of industrial electriciansReview work planning and weekly scheduling with affected departmentsApprove emergency work and reschedule planned workObtain pricing, place orders, and prepare usage estimates for needed supplies, parts, tools and materialsArrange for work support, materials and parts to minimize interruptions in operations and ensure work is done in the most efficient and cost-effective mannerDevelop and maintain PM schedule for equipment and facilities to reduce unplanned downtimeMaintain records of scheduled and unscheduled work for development of work order systemReview data to make recommendations for improvement and provide solutions to electrical maintenance related issuesCreate and implement SOP's for areas of responsibilityProvide for training and continuing education opportunities for direct reportsMaintain a working knowledge of plant operations to assist other departments with area expertise as neededAssist in planning large projects and installationsStrict adherence to all Company policies and State and Federal GuidelinesStay current with, and ensure adherence to, relevant OSHA and environmental regulationsWork as part of a multi-disciplinary team to troubleshoot and address short and long term maintenanceAvailable to support 24/7 operationMinimum Qualifications:Technical diploma/ journey worker status preferred.
