Electrical Supervisor

Electrical SupervisorElectrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation and construction activities across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish and able to travel and work in various states including Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, Indiana, and Virginia.This position requires strong field leadership, the ability to read and interpret construction drawings, and hands-on experience managing electrical crews on industrial or commercial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily electrical construction and installation activities at project sitesLead field electricians and coordinate subcontractor work crewsReview and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for field executionCoordinate with project managers, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure work progresses on scheduleEnsure all work is performed in compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local code requirementsIdentify and resolve field issues, installation conflicts, and constructability concernsMonitor productivity, workmanship, and jobsite qualityConduct toolbox talks and enforce site safety requirementsTrack manpower, materials, tools, and equipment needed for the projectPrepare daily and weekly progress reportsSupport testing, commissioning, punch list, and project close-out activitiesRequired QualificationsMinimum 10 years of electrical construction experienceMinimum 5 years of experience with an electrical subcontractorMust be able to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction documentsMust have completed at least two (2) projects in a supervisor roleMust be fluent in both English and SpanishMust be willing to travel and work in GA, SC, TX, IN, VA, and other locations as requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience in industrial, manufacturing, EV battery, automotive, or large-scale commercial projectsOSHA 30 certificationElectrical license preferred, depending on project or state requirementsExperience coordinating field installation based on shop drawings and construction schedulesWork ConditionsFrequent travel and extended stay at project sites may be requiredWork may be performed in active construction, industrial, and outdoor environmentsOvertime, weekend work, and flexible working hours may be required depending on project schedule
