A leading renewable energy EPC contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee field execution of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar projects across the Mid-Atlantic region.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site electrical construction activities for C&I solar projects.
- Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and electricians to ensure safe and efficient execution.
- Coordinate daily with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with NEC, local codes, and project specifications.
- Oversee installation of PV systems, switchgear, transformers, inverters, and interconnection equipment.
- Conduct quality inspections and enforce company safety standards.
- Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays or issues.Maintain accurate field reports, material tracking, and progress updates.
- Support commissioning, testing, and project turnover activities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of electrical construction experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Prior experience as an Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, or Lead Electrician.
- Strong experience with commercial or utility-scale solar projects.
- Deep understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- NABCEP certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
