The position offers compensation of $42–$45 per hour for a typical 50–60 hour week, and includes weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, and paid time off.

- Experience in electrical leadership roles.
- Strong industrial knowledge and experience with controls.
- Ability to oversee the overall performance of assigned area operations.
- Travel to project sites as needed.

A Day in the Life
As a Project Field Superintendent, you will report directly to the Industry-specific Project Manager or Construction Manager and provide full operational oversight. Your primary focus is management, but you will also work with tools alongside crews in the field when necessary. The role involves mentoring team members, participating in efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensuring personal job mastery across the site.
