With a reputation for excellence, safety, and innovation, the company partners with some of the most recognized organizations to build high-profile facilities that demand the highest standards of quality and execution.The organization offers long-term career growth, exposure to large-scale projects, and the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced construction professionals in a collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all electrical field operations on assigned projects.Lead and coordinate foremen, electricians, subcontractors, and other field personnel.Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality expectations.Monitor productivity and workforce planning to meet project milestones.Coordinate with project management, engineering, and other trades to resolve field issues.Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards.Review construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and field documentation.Identify and proactively resolve jobsite challenges to minimize delays.Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.RequirementsExtensive experience supervising electrical construction projects.Background managing commercial, mission critical, or large-scale electrical installations.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.Thorough understanding of electrical systems, installation methods, and applicable codes.Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.Willingness to work on-site in the Phoenix, Arizona area.BenefitsCompetitive base salary of $130,000–$175,000+, depending on experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and company holidaysLife and disability insuranceProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesOpportunity to work on landmark commercial and mission critical projects with a nationally recognized contractor
