* Assist Foremen with job planning, material and manpower ordering, and labor scheduling
* Review labor efficiencies, hours, ratios, and projected labor needs
* Track material costs, storage, consumption, and orders to minimize overruns
* Prepare, review, distribute, and maintain installation documentation
* Ensure company policies and guidelines are followed
* Coordinate with the Inspection Department, inspectors, and utility companies for job completion
* Monitor and address safety hazards and potential problems
* Maintain communication with General Contractors, Foremen, site management, employers, Project Managers, and customers
* Provide technical support and monitor codes, specifications, and installation methods
* Attend project meetings and address installation concerns
* Visit job sites to inspect installation methods and quality of work

Requirements
* 5+ years of experience and knowledge in electrical construction, design, and cost management as a Superintendent or similar role
* Experience in commercial, institutional, and industrial environments
* Thorough knowledge of construction technology, equipment, and methods
* Mid- to high-rise building and/or high-end hotel project experience is a plus
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Professional presentation and ability to represent the company image
