Electrical SuperintendentWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent with a strong background in multifamily construction to oversee electrical operations across one or more large apartment projects. This role sits above the Foreman level and is responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of electrical scopes from rough-in through final inspections.This position is ideal for a leader who has run multifamily work in the field, understands sequencing and production realities, and can successfully manage multiple crews, schedules, and jobsite stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee electrical construction on large-scale multifamily projects (podium, wrap, and garden-style)Supervise and support Electrical Foremen and field crews across assigned projectsDevelop and maintain project schedules, manpower plans, and production targetsCoordinate electrical scope with General Contractors, Superintendents, and other tradesReview drawings, specifications, and RFIs to ensure proper executionDrive jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with NEC and local codesTrack productivity, labor efficiency, and material flowAnticipate and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budgetSupport project turnover, inspections, and closeoutAssist with training, mentoring, and developing foremen and future leadersServe as the primary field-level point of contact for electrical operationsRequired Experience & QualificationsMinimum 3–5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Senior Electrical Foreman ready to step into a Superintendent roleStrong multifamily electrical experience required (large apartment complexes)8–10+ years total electrical trade experienceProven ability to manage multiple crews and foremenDeep understanding of multifamily electrical systems, sequencing, and life-safetyAbility to read and interpret construction documents and schedulesStrong leadership, organization, and communication skillsOSHA-30 preferredValid driver's license and ability to travel between jobsites as neededWhat Sets This Role ApartFocused primarily on multifamily projects — not service or small commercial workClear leadership role with authority over manpower and field executionOpportunity to influence production, scheduling, and team developmentStable backlog of multifamily work with long-term growth potentialCollaborative environment with Project Managers and executive leadership
