National Electrical General SuperintendentsWe are supporting a national electrical design-build leader in their search for four National Electrical General Superintendents to help oversee field operations across major commercial and industrial projects nationwide. This is a unique opportunity for seasoned leaders with deep electrical field experience to step into a high-impact role with substantial travel and visibility across the U.S.What's in It for You:100% company-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidays30-day paid sabbatical every 5 yearsCompetitive salaryStable, long-term opportunity with a rapidly growing companyExposure to high-profile, technically advanced projectsYour Responsibilities:Conduct scheduled and unscheduled QA/QC visits across active sitesEnsure safety compliance and promote hazard awareness across job sitesEnforce internal policies for HR, documentation, and field operationsProvide direct support to General Foremen and Project ForemenLead and maintain labor tracking and performance assessmentsCoordinate tool mobilization, fleet vehicle assignments, and project startup logisticsPromote and reinforce company values, field team morale, and ongoing trade educationMaintain communication across Directors, PMs, HR, Accounting, and PayrollRegular travel on a 17/4 rotation schedule (17 days on, 4 off)What We're Looking For:Master Electrician license (required)At least 10 years of hands-on electrical construction experienceValid Journeyman license and ability to pass city/county exams as neededStrong knowledge of NEC, OSHA safety protocols, and electrical systems layoutProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Project, Excel)Valid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to lead multiple teams and support personnel across multiple statesCandidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the Indianapolis areaAbility to pass federal background checks due to secure site requirementsHeavy commercial/industrial project experience is requiredPhysical and Work Environment Requirements:Ability to lift and move up to 51 lbs unaided; more with proper equipmentWork involves climbing, kneeling, crawling, balancing, and working in tight spacesExposure to extreme temperatures and occasional hazardous conditionsMust use appropriate PPE and adhere to jobsite safety standards at all timesImportant Notes:Drug screening, E-Verify, background check, and driving record review are requiredThis role does not offer visa sponsorshipEqual Opportunity Employer – all qualified individuals are encouraged to applyReady to lead the next generation of electrical projects nationwide?
