Superintendent
We’re searching for a talented and driven Superintendent to join our team.
Your Day-to-Day
- Responsible for the leadership, oversight, and management of onsite electrical superintendent/foremen
- Job involves regular, short-notice travel to work sites and providing onsite leadership, job reviews, quality control, and safety walks and inspections
- Assist/train foremen on job reviews to include initial, 25%, 50%, 75% and closeout, plus cost-to-complete budgets and updates
- Interact with project managers to address critical needs for job sites to include manpower, material, and equipment
- Assist with the management of foremen and manpower to include regular reviews, projections, and forecasting
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- 15+ years of commercial and/or industrial electrical experience, license preferred
- Previous superintendent experience leading foremen and field crews on construction job sites
- Extensive electrical expertise including new construction and remodel installations, job planning, blueprint reading, conduit installation, wiring, device termination, testing, and troubleshooting
- Ability to mentor and direct foremen and construction electricians
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and company leadership
- Ability to efficiently order, receive, and distribute materials on job sites
- Experience with Procore preferred; strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
- Valid driver’s license required with willingness to travel and work nights, weekends, and overtime
